A small cloud came at just the wrong time for this one unfortunately. Oh well, still a very cool spot. L004 with CSX 6246 - CSX 6245 and about 25 cars rumbles over Pan Am's (ex-B&M) Worcester Main on the ex-New Haven Fitchburg line with a healthy sized train of mostly empties for UMM and a few lumber loads for Bestway. The brick building was once a station used by both the B&M and the NH. |

After leaving their train of about 25 cars on the runaround track at Leominster yard, L004's two units (CSXT 6245 - CSXT 6246) run light back down to UMM on the south side of town to spot the empty C&D gondolas they had brought up and left on the main. Once done there they would head light power back to Leominster yard to get the rest of the train then had south back to Framingham around dusk. |
